Design & Ship Sprint: UI/UX design and code in two weeks
A Design & Ship Sprint is two weeks of design and development. I redesign the flows we agree on and push them to your repo as front-end or mobile code. It starts the next business day, and you get a short written update every day. It costs $1,999 for two weeks.
Who it's for: teams who know what to fix but don't have the time or the person to design and build it.
Design & Ship Sprint
$1,999
per 2 weeks
Starts the next business day- A redesign of the flows we agree on
- Code in your repo, written to SOLID principles (easy to maintain)
- A short written update every day
- Before and after numbers
Book a sprint within 30 days and I take the audit fee ($79 or $399) off the sprint price.
What you get
Design and code from one person
I design the flows and write the code. Nothing changes hands between design and build, so details don't get lost on the way.
Code in your repo
The code goes into your repo and follows SOLID principles: every part has one job and is easy to change. Your team can take it over later without rewriting it.
A daily update
At the end of each day I write a short note on what I did and what's next. No meeting overhead.
Before and after
When the sprint ends I show the screens that changed and the numbers we could measure, side by side.
How it works
We pick the scope
From the audit findings or your own list, we choose the work with the most impact. I work on one request at a time.
I design and build
I aim to deliver each request within 24 hours. By the end of the two weeks, the work we picked is designed, coded and live.
We check the result
After launch I look at what changed. If it didn't improve enough, we plan the next sprint. If it worked, that's where it ends.
- One request at a time
- I aim to deliver each sprint request within 24 hours
- Unlimited brands
- Design, web and mobile development
- Licensed images that fit the project
- Up to 2 users
- Pause or stop whenever you like
Not the right fit?
- If you want several requests moving at the same time, a sprint won't suit you. In a sprint, requests go one after another.
- For a large piece of work with a clear scope and deadline, a fixed-price project fits better.
Teams I've worked with. Same prices for everyone.
Questions
Do I need an audit before a sprint?
No. If you know what needs doing, we start right away. If you don't, an audit is the shortest way to find out. Book a sprint within 30 days and I take the audit fee ($79 or $399) off the sprint price.
Can our own team take over the code later?
Yes, I write it that way from day one. The code follows SOLID principles, the UI is built from reusable components in a design system, and everything lives in your repo. Adding a screen means putting existing pieces together, so nobody has to start over as the product grows.
What do you build with?
Usually whatever you already use. Most often React or Next.js, Vue, Webflow, Framer, and React Native or Flutter on mobile. I work in your repo.
What if two weeks isn't enough?
We plan the next sprint. There's no monthly retainer; you can stop at the end of any sprint.
How do I pay?
You pay the sprint fee up front, by card, through Whop. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT.
Live in two weeks
Fifteen minutes is enough to see what fits in a sprint.
