UX Audit: I find where users get stuck, in 48 hours
In a UX Audit I review one flow in your product, such as sign-up, checkout or onboarding, with an expert eye. I go through it the way your users do and show every issue in a Loom video. Within 48 hours you have a ranked list of fixes. It costs $79, accessibility check included.
Who it's for: teams who know they lose users in a flow but can't see why.
UX Audit, one flow
$79
one-off
Delivered within 48 hours- A Loom video walking through every issue
- Fixes ranked by impact and effort
- Accessibility and page speed checks
- Fee credited if you book a sprint within 30 days
For the whole app, UX Audit Pro: $399, up to 10 flows.
What you get
A Loom video
I go through the flow on screen, show each issue and explain why it hurts. Your team can watch it and start fixing straight away.
A ranked list of fixes
Every finding is ranked by impact and effort. You know what to fix first, and the debate gets shorter.
Accessibility check
The flow goes through the core checks of WCAG 2.2. Findings join the same list, ranked the same way.
Page speed check
A slow screen is a UX problem too. I look at the speed of the pages in the flow and add them to the list if needed.
How it works
Place the order
Pay by card through Whop. Then send the flow to review: a link to the live product, a Figma flow, a prototype or a plain PDF all work.
I go through the flow
I move through it from start to finish like your user would and record every place I get stuck or hit an error.
Delivered within 48 hours
Within 48 hours of getting your materials you have the Loom video and the list of fixes. Your team can make the fixes, or I can in a sprint.
Not the right fit?
- For several flows or the whole app, UX Audit Pro is the better fit.
- If you need usability testing with real users, an audit doesn't replace it. In an audit I review your product, not your users.
Teams I've worked with. Same prices for everyone.
Questions
Does an audit replace user testing?
No. In an audit I review your product as a UX specialist; there are no sessions with real users. An audit is faster and finds the obvious problems without spending a testing budget.
What do I need to send?
The flow in whatever form it exists: a link to a live product, a Figma flow, a prototype or a plain PDF. For a live product I may ask for a test account. The 48 hours start once I have everything.
Which flow should I pick?
The one where you lose the most users or money. Usually that's checkout, sign-up or onboarding. If you're not sure, we pick it together on a 15-minute call.
Who makes the fixes?
Your own team, if you like. Or I make them in a Design & Ship Sprint. Book a sprint within 30 days and I take the audit fee ($79 or $399) off the sprint price.
How do I pay?
Up front, by card, through Whop. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT.
Will you sign an NDA?
Of course. Send yours before you share anything sensitive.
